175 East is a contemporary music ensemble that presented concerts of exploratory music around New Zealand from 1996–2014.

Founded by James Gardner, and later directed by Samuel Holloway, the ensemble performed numerous world and New Zealand premières, with over 50 pieces specifically written for it.

175 East included some of New Zealand's finest performers of contemporary music; founding members included Andrew Uren, Katherine Hebley, Gretchen La Roche (née Dunsmore) and Tim Sutton.
